Alto Vale IA (company registration to be confirmed), Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Contact: contato@altovaleia.com. We are a studio specialising in AI automation for companies in the Alto Vale region and across Brazil.
2. Data we collect
- Identification: name, email, phone, company.
- Submitted content: messages, questionnaire answers.
- Technical: IP address, user agent, consent records.
3. Purpose
Answering requests, sending proposals, delivering contracted services and related communication.
4. Legal basis
Consent (art. 7, I), performance of a contract (V) and legitimate interest (IX), where applicable.
5. Sharing
Essential infrastructure, email and storage providers, under contract. We do not sell data.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as the purposes above require, or as the law demands.
7. Your rights
You may confirm, access, correct, anonymise, port and delete your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. Request it at contato@altovaleia.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative controls. In the event of a relevant incident, we notify data subjects and the Brazilian data protection authority as required.
